This was another unique and magical book by Jodi, the third in the Scottish Myths Series. They can be read as standalone, but the characters do re-occur. I loved Lucy and Maxwell's tender moments, and how they supported each other. And absolutely adored that they really got to see parts of each other that most couples never do- "a walk a mile in my shoes" kind of thing, which in the long run will help their relationship!. Glenda as always is so fun, and her antics had me giggling. I felt sorry for Lucy and her over anxious parents- but I understand why from their side too- I have been on both sides. I loved that Lucy and Emilia became friends- as well as sisters and loved that Lucy's moving to Skye. Jodie has a lovley niche with her magical/fantasy romance books.
