When I saw a new Melissa Wiesner book pop in the blog tour group on Facebook I knew I had to be on it. This is the second book I have read by her and I have added her to my autobuy author list! Her writing is gripping, heart wrenching and moving and I adore her books. Thank you Bookoture for having me on this blog tour.

After Emma's husband Noah is involved in a car accident leaving him in a coma, she discovers her husband has been hiding a few things from her. In the car accident a woman traveling in the same car is killed and a 2 year old little girl is mildly injured. Who are the woman and child?
Emma and social worker suspect that Noah is the father and with no one else to look after the child and Noah unable to tell his story Emma takes 2 year old Luna into her home. Changing the lives of herself and her 16 year old daughter Maya!
After doing some investigating Emma discovers her husband's secrets go all the way back to when they first met and she wonders what's truth, what's lies and if the man she married is who he says he is.
This novel had had me hooked and I read it in it's entirety in under a day!
It's gripping, intriguing and shocking! With multiple twits and turns that had me couch bound until I finished it. I loved it's heart-wrenching ending and the story has stayed with me even a week later.
Once again Melissa Wiesner has moved me and made me feel 'all the feels' And had me thinking what would I do in that situation?

Melissa Wiesner is a night-owl who began writing novels about five years ago when her early-to-bed family retired for the evening. In 2019, she won the Romance Writers of America Golden Heart® Award in the Mainstream Fiction Category for her first novel. Melissa holds two Master’s Degrees in Public Health and Community Agency Counseling. Her day job is in Social Work where she often encounters people knocked down by hard times but who pick themselves up and keep going, just like the characters of her novels. Melissa lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her charming husband and two adorable children.
